Floracare was founded by Flora Louise Johnson, a devoted caregiver, community advocate, and natural nurturer with over 20 years of experience as a CNA (Certified Nurse Assistant) and CMT (Certified Medication Technician). Her very first patient was her great-grandmother—and that’s when she knew: caregiving wasn’t just a job, it was her purpose.
What started with one act of care has grown into a mission: To rebuild trust in home healthcare and make high-quality care accessible for people from all walks of life—especially those often overlooked.
